Say hello to Arctic-a big, bright, happy boy with all the confidence and charm in the world. He's friendly, forward, and full of joyful energy, but he also has wonderful manners. Arctic walks beautifully on lead, slips into his harness with ease, and loves being out and about with his humans.
What really makes Arctic special is how much he adores people. He may not be overly treat‑motivated, but he more than makes up for it with affection. He leans into you, rubs against you like a giant cat, and happily soaks up every bit of love you're willing to give.
He's clean in his pen, calm when heading out for walks, and-even though he can get a little excited at barriers-once he's out and exploring, he settles into a lovely rhythm. Arctic isn't looking to make doggy friends these days (even though he has lived with two huskies before), and he'd much prefer to be your one‑and‑only canine companion.
Arctic will thrive with:

  • A property check may be required before ADOPTION to ensure the safety and welfare of adoption animals. Rental agreements allowing pets will be required for adoptions into rental properties. Differential pricing may apply.
  • The website is live and updates frequently, there is a chance that by the time you have completed the Apply to Adopt form the animal you have an interest in might have been adopted by another party.
  • While our shelters are open, not every pet available for adoption will be onsite and available in person. To express your interest, Apply to Adopt online and if it's a perfect match you will be shortlisted and contacted via phone by our Adoption Team to discuss the animal in detail.
